Con gli occhi chiusi immagina l’evento, il pensiero o tutto ciò che vuoi migliorare, visualizzalo vividamente rendilo più reale possibile, percepiscilo come se fosse li davanti a te, senti i profumi se ce ne sono, osserva la luce e i particolari. Poi, rendilo gradatamente sempre più piccolo, sempre di più, fino a farlo diventare un minuscolo puntino. Soffia su quel puntino con molta enfasi e fallo volare lontano da te, molto, molto lontano.
Ora, immagina il pensiero che vuoi sostituire al precedente, ripercorrendo tutto l’iter; poi, ingrandiscilo il più possibile in modo da vederlo molto bene, come se stesse per entrare nel tuo corpo. Attira l’immagine-pensiero dentro di te, assorbi questa condizione che vuoi cambiare, falla permeare dentro te, sentiti partecipe a essa, osserva come questa nuova idea-pensiero si radica dentro di te e produce il cambiamento.
Cambiando la percezione del tuo pensiero cambia anche il modo di vedere le cose e la vita stessa.
